A unique and proven system, the Mindstream Success Coaching and Training Institute offers comprehensive training in all aspects of coaching from personal development and communcation through to marketing and business strategies. Coaches can either be self employed or work within a corporate setting.

Mission Statement: The Life & Executive Coaching Institute (LECI) is committed to the delivery of high quality, skills based, participant focused training.

The course encompasses development of core Life Coaching models, techniques, skills and tools. We at LECI work with our participants to engage them in a powerful personal development programme (LifeSkills Development) of self-understanding and self awareness in the belief that participants will then e in a position to lead others on the same journey. The aim of this programme is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to become Life & Business Coaches.

On completion of this interactive programme successful participants will be rewarded with a Diploma in Personal & Business Coaching, which is accredited by the International Instituteof Coaching (www.internationalinstituteofcoaching.org) and endorsed by Institute of Leadership and Management (www.i-l-m.com).

During their studies participants will learn to coach, build their coaching practice, integrate coaching skills into their current life or work, and develop a strong personal foundation.

Also included in our programme is a mentoring service to all our graduates for 12 months after completion of their Diploma.

This programme of courses has been designed with the specific aim of widening accessibility by making the training as flexible and affordable as possible. Coaching skills and the opportunity to become a coach should be available to everyone and by arranging qualifications levels obtainable in a modular format the student can choose a learning route most suitable to their personal requirements.

Each module can be taken as stand-alone training and will provide enjoyable, professional and invaluable learning. This is particularly helpful to those working within associated professionals who may want to improvide their coaching skills, but also helpful to beginners who want to progress through the stages at their own pace.

CLI offers five levels of training. Our focus is a healthy mind, body and spirit through award-winning methodologies that allow individuals to think innovatively. Students can select from two different training vehicles:
- Distance Learning via webinar/teleclass
- On-site training followed by telementoring sessions.

The first three levels listed below are bilingual English/French:
- Power Coach Fundamentals Level is 22 hours
- Associate Power Coach Level is another 50 + hours
- Certified Power Coach Level is another 61 hours
- Senior Certified Power Coach Level is another 42 hours
- Professional Certified Power Coach Level is another 98 hours
- Total Program = approx. 800 hours (273 supervised and 525 unsupervised hours)

The Life & Business Coaching Diploma is a six month study course leading to a Diploma in Life & Business Coaching.
