This cover is available in UK and EIRE and
will provide cover of some of your work is
overseas (but excluding USA and Canada).
Professional Indemnity covers claims (and
the cost of legal representation) of something
you "do" wrong professionally. Public Liability
is much wider in scope and covers a claim
that could be from virtually anyone, because
you were doing what you do where you did it!
A wide range of possibilities exist - from
poisoning with a cup of tea to a trip over
a loose carpet. You do not necessarily have
to do anything wrong to have a successful
claim brought against you under the Public
Liability section.
Also covered, product liability - your books
and tapes etc and libel or slander! You are
covered for coaching by phone, face to face
or Internet, at home or in outside accommodation
- almost anywhere, even at a public show.
