Rene Sickle was born in the city of Cape Town in South Africa, and is now based Johannesburg, SA.

Rene works full time in a large financial institution servicing a population of 37,000 employees, working as the group custodian of coaching, mentoring & change.
Her coaching practice is called Rene Sickle Coaching SA and also owns an integrated human resources company that caters across the human resource range of products, called OutsourcedHR based in Johannesburg, SA.
At the International Coaching Institute (IIC), Rene currently holds the position of Intl. Head of Affiliations and her vision is to grow the affiliations to over 100 mutually beneficial and inclusive partnerships in the next two years.
Traveling to the heart of Mumbai in India and then 5th Avenue, New York and accepting both as perfect, fulfilling and enriching starts to describe the value of abundance that is valued.
She is an associate accredited coach (ACC) at the International Coaching Federation and (APC) accredited with the International Coaching Institute.
She is a trained integral and results coach and has gained considerable contact hours in process psychology based on the work of Arnold Mindell, she believes in the principles of deep democracy.
Rene's business experience ranges across the fields of people management, project management, business management and consulting, in a range of industries, which gives her the insight to understand and reflect on life and business issues, using the past experience, coupled with research and best practice to have bold visions of the future.
Her passion for life has taken her across different continents and the experience gained inspired her to form her context of the world.
She is a change leader and during her 14 years in business she worked across industries including, telecommunications, direct marketing, car rental, insurance, human resources, organizational development and finance.
She is a seasoned business manager, coach, organizational development consultant, change management consultant and mentor.
Rene values personal development and works consistently at deepening her skill set. She believes that the coach is able to be most effective when the basket of tools are diverse and through attaining these skills, whatever area it might be, for the individual coach, these are the tools that support the coach and benefiting the client.
