Standards and Ethics Team
Veronica Cooper is an experienced Coaching and Training professional
providing 1:1 executive coaching, in-house coach supervision,
managing coaching programmes and delivering interactive soft skills
training within the public, private and voluntary sectors. In
2002 Veronica set up her coaching & training practice and
now works with leaders and managers to challenge and support them
in achieving outstanding individual and organisational performance,
as well as delivering coaching and training programmes associated
with employee engagement, retaining & promoting talented woman
and leadership & management development.
Clients span a diverse range of industries from all three sectors
at predominantly at board and senior management level.
Veronica is a Visiting Lecturer for the University of Bedfordshire’s
Centre for Women’s Enterprise and Knowledge Hub and continues
to be involved in academic research projects. Veronica is an
active committee member of the Institute of Directors Hertfordshire
Branch, a member of the University of Hertfordshire Coaching
and Mentoring Forum steering group and volunteers on the ICI’s
standards & ethics committee. She has been involved with
the Hertfordshire Women’s Support Organisation Partnership
and contributed to the Hertfordshire Women’s Enterprise
Strategic Framework Consultation.
Veronica was born and raised in Canada and relocated to London
over 20 years ago. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband
and two dogs.
